You will need a unique customer portal link to access your account. If you have not received a link, you can request one by emailing questions@clearcreekbroadband.com or leave a voicemail at (303) 801-2884.
Follow the instructions below to access your new customer portal:

Enter unique customer portal link into desired web browser.

Enter your email address and click “Create your password”.

Enter desired password and confirm password below.

Once you have confirmed your password, you will be prompted to login to your account.

Once you have logged in, you will be prompted to enter payment information.

Enter payment information.

Once payment information is entered, you will be able to activate automatic billing.

In the future, you can access your portal at portal.clearcreekbroadband.com. This portal will give you insight on your network status, allow you to create and track support tickets, and more.

Our fixed wireless broadband network will provide the speeds and local support to make each of our homes ready for the internet services of today and tomorrow.
